The MKA reserves the absolute right and authority to edit or withhold a classified copy or cease placement of any classified advertisement. The MKA may exercise its sole and absolute discretion with regard to acceptance or classification of any classified advertisement and shalll not be liable to any classified advertiser for any costs, expenses, damages, loss of profit, revenue or business in contract or tort whether or not the possibility of such damages or loss is disclosed or is reasonably foreseeable from any failure, error or ommission to accept or place the classified advertisement.

The MKA shall not be responsible to any third party or the classified advertiser for languange, content of, information contained in and/or context of the classified advertisement. It shall be the responsibility of the classified advertiser to keep the advertisement languange, content, information and context valid and legal, decent, accurate, honest and truthful.
