Online Membership Renewal and Update of Membership Information Guide

ORDINARY MEMBER – MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL 2016/2017

Kindly be informed that your membership with The Malaysian Kennel Association is now due for renewal for the financial year 2016/2017 (1st September 2016 to 31st August 2017). Please complete the Membership Renewal Application below and return it to the MKA at the address stated above with the appropriate fees payable before 31st December 2016. Your attention is drawn to article 11 of the Articles of Association of The Malaysian Kennel Association. NO EXTENSION for Membership Renewal will be granted and members wishing to rejoin after the cut off period will have to pay the appropriate application fee again.

With Effect 1st September 2016, those Life members wishing for correspondence from MKA via POST must also pay the postage fees indicated below. If not kindly provide us your email address so that all correspondence can be sent to you via email henceforth. Kindly also update your membership details below to ensure that our records in the MKA office are up to date. Please post/email/fax this form back to the MKA office, details of which can be found above.

The MKA will be conducting Entrance Exams for the MKA Judges Training Program. Those members who are interested and qualified to enter this scheme, are required to fill the attached Form and return it to the MKA office, on or before 26th August 2016.
