Recognition & Affiliations

MKA is the only official and exclusive national association in Malaysia for all canine affairs including the registration of pure bred dogs and organization of dog shows and canine related sports. MKA is internationally recognized and its world affiliation includes national kennel clubs around the world as well as international membership in the Federation Cynologique Internationale and Asia Kennel Union.

MKA is a full member of :-

Federation Cynologique Internationale ( FCI ) The Fédération Cynologique Internationale is the World Canine Organisation. It includes 80 members and contract partners (one member per country) that each issue their own pedigrees and train their own judges. The Kennel Club The Kennel Club was founded in 1873 by a group of Victorian gentlemen concerned with the running of dog shows. The Kennel Club is now an internationally recognised organisation dedicated to promoting the well-being of all dogs.
